Return and Exchange Policy
Orders are usually shipped from our workshop in Singapore. Warehouse within 10 business days, and you will receive tracking information via email after your order is placed.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $69!
If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase you are welcome to return for a refund or store credit within 30 days as long as the product is still in new/unused condition. Please email [email protected] to begin your return.
If your product was damaged or there is some other issue regarding your order please contact us ASAP @ [email protected] so we can take care of it right away.
Return and exchange conditions：
As our products are personalized and/or printed to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds in the event that you change your mind about the purchase.
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty or damaged, we will of course replace the item.
1.Not Happy with Your Order

- Damaged or Low-Quality Items
If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, please kindly reach out to us.
To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

We do not accept refunds in the following situations:
- Damage caused by accident
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
- Aftermarket modification
- Non-product quality problems are not allowed to be returned and refunded
- Customized products are not allowed to be returned or refunded
Note: Our policy may last 30 days from the arrival date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
